Questions brands ask first
Short answers about money, returns, VAT and what you commit to. Missing something? Ask us.
What does it cost us?
Nothing upfront. We pay for the shop, the tools and the marketing. We earn a margin on each order, agreed with you before launch.
How do you earn money?
Either we buy each order from you at a wholesale price and sell it on at the Dutch retail price, or you pay us a commission per order. We agree this per brand.
Who is the seller to the customer?
Usually Argo Trading. The Dutch customer buys from a Dutch company, which builds trust, and we take care of Dutch consumer law.
Do you ask for exclusivity?
No. You keep every channel and partner you have today.
How do returns work?
We handle all contact with the customer. Returns go to an address we agree on together, either in the Netherlands or back to you.
How does VAT work?
If we buy from you, you invoice us without VAT as an intra-community supply, and we charge the customer Dutch VAT. Your own tax adviser can confirm this for your country.
Do you hold stock?
No. Every order ships from your warehouse straight to the Dutch customer.
What happens after the launch period?
We review the numbers together. If it works, we agree how to continue. If it does not, we stop with a fair notice period and no hard feelings.
Do we see the shop before it goes live?
Yes. You approve the shop, the texts and the prices before launch.
What do you do with customer data?
We use it only to process and deliver orders, under the GDPR. We share delivery details with you so you can ship, and agree in writing how both of us handle them.
