Who we are
Argo Trading, the Netherlands, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Contact: info@argotrading.nl.
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form or e-mail us, we receive your name, e-mail address, brand, website and message. We use these only to answer your request and to discuss a possible partnership. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you and taking steps at your request before a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together. Then we keep what the law requires for our records.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives the contact form.
- Zoho, which provides our e-mail.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Where these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, they use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use this website, for example which pages are read most. Google Analytics places cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that last up to two years. We only load Google Analytics and place these cookies after you click Accept in the cookie banner. IP addresses are shortened, and we have not enabled advertising features or data sharing with Google.
Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so we don't ask again on every page. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed.
Fonts are served from our own website, not from a third party.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by e-mailing info@argotrading.nl. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
